✨LION CUB OF CINTRA✨June is an eventful month for me this year. I have a renovation in my flat ⚒, my Angel’s Day😇, a preparation for the convention on this weekend plus the trip to Moscow🚊, photoshoots📸, prints 🗂, retouching of the previous sets💻 (which is one of the hardest tasks to do), bow lessons🏹, birthday’s of my friends, finishing of different projects and many-many things!🥰I thank God, that my insomnia and depression are ENDED and I have an ENERGY to live! 🥳 I remember myself from October 2020 to April 2021: I didn’t sleep and didn’t live, my ability to do things was ~10%😩 I wish to never come back to those times🙏Now I’m into a time-management ⏳ I have particular «missions» to do each day (the most important not to forget clothes in a washing machine😂). The main things that I found out and it works for me:✅ set realistic goals✅ write a bit more than you could do this day✅ carry over these things to the next day if it’s necessarily ✅ don’t blame yourself for a rest and a bad health situation Do you use time-management?
