Beat Death with Ambrosia Dish
Ambrosia's this epic dish in The Sims, tough to make but its magic's worth the hassle. Ghosts chowing down on it come back to life, feeling totally "Full of Life". Ambrosia needs these three things: Death Flower, Angel Fish, and a Potion of Youth.

Level up your cooking, gourmet cooking, gardening, and fishing skills to 10. Do it the hard way or cheat your way through. Buy the potion at the Sim rewards store with points you get from whims and life goals, or cheat for it.
To make a Death Flower: Buy a pomegranate and an orchid from the winter seed pack on your computer. From gardening level 5, you can graft plants to get this hybrid. Or try fishing it up in any body of water or find it in build mode after the bb.showhiddenobjects cheat.

Angel Fish is a rare fish type. It takes time to catch, and you gotta use bait. Click on a sign near the water to "Fish with Bait." Use stuff like salmon, goldfish, potatoes, strawberries, apples, parsley, snapdragons, guppies, or minnows as bait.
They hang out in all rivers. While testing this method, we're able caught one at night in clear autumn weather in Sulani using a goldfish.

You can also buy Angel Fish at the potion ingredient stall in The Magic Realm!
- Head to Glimmerbrook from the "Realm of Magic" pack;
- Go to the "Glimmerbrook Watch" lot;
- Find the waterfall edge portal, enter it, and on the new location's first island, find the portal to "Go to Caster's Alley";
- Find the ingredient stall there and buy what you need;
- The Potion of Youth is only available in the rewards store for 1500 happiness points.
- Once you've got everything, head to the kitchen stove, choose to "Cook Gourmet Meal…" and find "Ambrosia" in the recipe list.

The Book of Life Resurrection
This one's great for gamer poets. Get your Sim to level 10 in writing and finish the "Bestselling Author" life goal.

Make sure your Sim is alive when you start using this method. Complete the requirements, sit them at a computer, and select "Write The Book of Life". When done, a new item appears in their inventory. Click it, choose "Capture Epic Saga", and pick your Sim.

After a household member's death, wait for the Grim Reaper to leave and a dust pile to appear. Click it to summon the ghost, then invite them to your family. Now, playing as the ghost, click the book and choose the "Restore Life" action with a poltergeist icon.

If The Sims starts glitching, remove all places where Sims can "Put Away" after reading: shelves, cabinets, paper piles.
Wishing Well Resurrection
If you've got the "Romantic Garden" pack, grab the "Whispering Wishing Well" in build mode. This thing grants some wishes, including ghost resurrection requests. Just go up to it and wish for life.

It's pretty luck-based, with the well's mood affecting the outcome. You can identify by the distinctive color and emotion of the plaster head on the arch.

Resurrecting Sim with Cheat Code
First, switch to developer mode in The Sims 4.
- Open the console with Ctrl + Shift + C or Cmd + Shift + C on Mac and type testingcheats true;
- Hit Enter;
- Now, Shift-click the ghost;
- In the action menu, look for "Cheat Sim Info";
- Then "Remove Trait";
- Scroll until you find "Death by/in…"
- Click it, and the Sim comes back to life instantly.

Revival with MC Command Center Mod
Download the latest MC Command Center mod and install it in your game.
- Open The Sims 4;
- find the dead Sim's friend list;
- invite their ghost to your lot, or wait for them to appear if they were family;
- once you see the ghost, left-click them and choose "MC Command Center";
- then find "Sim Menu" > "Sim: Other" > "Resurrect".
