Seamless Co-Op is the most popular mod for Elden Ring on NexusMods, with nearly four million downloads.

The modification significantly enhances the online capabilities in Elden Ring. In theory, according to the creator, the entire action RPG can be played with friends in one continuous session, which is not possible in the original game.

Seamless Co-Op does not use FromSoftware's servers, so players are not banned for using the mod. The developer reminded that the new version of the modification is in beta, so players may encounter bugs.

The modification can be downloaded from NexusMods, but for co-op playthroughs of the expansion's locations, all users must have purchased the DLC.

Hidetaka Miyazaki mentioned that FromSoftware is aware of the popularity of Seamless Co-Op, and the developers are considering the idea of seamless co-op for future games.
