The CD Projekt group plans to release its games more often, as announced by executives during the financial report for the first quarter of 2024. According to CEO Michał Nowakowski, CDP already has good experience working on two projects simultaneously, which will help the company increase release frequency.

The head of CD Projekt mentioned in an interview that developers had previously worked on two projects at the same time while creating Phantom Liberty, an expansion with the scale of a full game. The team then had nearly 300 members working on it while simultaneously developing Polaris, the first part of the new Witcher trilogy.

The financial report reveals that the next Witcher game has a team of 407 people. Active production will begin in the second half of 2024. CD Projekt RED hasn't specified the duration of this phase, so even an approximate release date is unknown.
