Irina "Zemlia" Sukhanova At Gamescom 2023, attendees will be able to see new gameplay of a major addition to Cyberpunk 2077. Phantom Liberty will be the first and only DLC for the game. The developers explained it by the fact that they'll start working on a new game in the Cyberpunk 2077 universe soon. They don't want to waste time on one more add-on.
Phantom Liberty addition promises to be grandiose. It starts before the end of the main storyline, but it can be launched separately. The DLC will add a lot of quests, items and new regions.

The police mechanics will be completely redesigned. Now cops will not appear out of thin air. Also developers added a system of search levels like in the GTA series, so no one will send an army after you because of killing a homeless person.
Character's development has also changed. The character will gain more skills. The implant system will change as well. A limit will appear. If you exceed this limit, negative effects will begin. Now the level of armor will depend not on clothing, but on implants.
