CD PROJEKT Group published the financial statement, looking back at 2023. From the financial point of view, the Polish company had the second-best year in its history, with a significant amount of money cooking from the sales of the Phantom Liberty DLC to Cyberpunk 2077.

This DLC sold over five million copies and, together with the base game Cyberpunk 2077, brought more than $750,000,000 in revenue. Considering that the game relatively recently got its huge 2.0 update, it is unsurprising that the gaming community decided to give it a chance only a couple of years after the initial disastrous release of the game.

In this video, CD Projekt Red also shared that the bulk of their resources is allocated to the Polaris, the new title in the Witcher franchise, and more than 400 people (almost 2/3 of the total amount of developers) are working on it.

The company also mentioned Orion, the new Cyberpunk 2077 game, and Hadar, the project based on their own IP, which is currently in the concept stage. Also, CDPR is working with Anonymous Content production studio to create live-action content set in the Cyberpunk universe.

There were not any big announcements, so we can assume that CDPR will fall off the radars for some time until more progress on their project is achieved.
