Daria "Foxdari" Sedelnikova CD Projekt studio released a playtest of the editor for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, available from April 16th to 30th. There is already a page on Steam, to participate you need to add the program to your wishlist. After that, access will be granted in waves. Representatives of the company reported that the editor is based on the internal utility that was used by the developers themselves during the creation of the game. This means that modders will receive a powerful tool for creating modifications for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt with "unlimited freedom", as stated by the studio staff.

Important: for the editor to work correctly on a PC, the original version of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt must be installed.
The team also announced that they are connecting a beta version of the "Steam Workshop" for the action RPG. To get access to it, you need to join the group. The official release of the toolkit will take place in 2024 for all owners of a copy of the game.
