On September 26, "Phantom Liberty", the first and only story DLC for Cyberpunk 2077 will be released. This marks the end of support for the popular action game. However, the game concludes on a high note, as in addition to the DLC, the creators will release a big 2.0 update with lots of changes and fixes. Here's what will change in the game after the update.

Stamina now affects not just melee combat but also shooting. When the stamina bar is empty, weapon accuracy and shooting precision decrease. Stamina will no longer be linked to sprinting.

The most important update: players can now pet cats found throughout The Free City of Night City.

Crafting will no longer depend on perks after the update.

Cops are more aggressive and patrol the city in real-time. As players wander around, they can come across gang shootouts or police chases.

The RPG system has been entirely rethought, making Cyberpunk 2077 more of an RPG. The update will also feature an improved UI with a new font. However, no visual changes with cyber implants were noticed during gameplay.

In the new update, there's no immune system leveling. However, clothing no longer has armor level but provides bonuses to mobility, training, shooting, and close combat.
