The second Major of the Call of Duty League is in full swing. Activision Blizzard is hosting this tournament in Miami, Florida, on March 21-24. Twelve teams are fighting each other in the double-elimination bracket, but only one will be triumphant.

Today, we lost five teams, as the first round (and one match of the second round) in the lower bracket has passed. Miami Heretics suffered another clean sweep and was eliminated from the tournament without winning a single game. Despite starting the Major in the lower bracket, Miami simply was not fully prepared for the home ground Major tournament.

We should also say goodbye to Seattle Surge, Boston Breach and Minnesota RØKKR. The latter had an intense battle with all five games needed to decide the winner, and after that, Minnesota didn’t have enough energy to compete against the Los Angeles Guerillas.

Seven teams are left playing in the second Major of this season, and tomorrow, we will lose three more. In addition, we will know the two teams that will face each other in the upper bracket finals. So, we have an intense schedule for all Call of Duty fans.
