As the Esports World Cup 2024 is closer and closer to us, more teams sign talents across different games of the event. Fnatic, a partnered club, is no exception, as the British organization signs one of the hottest Street Fighter 6 players on the Earth, Chris Wong!

The player from Hong Kong has finished second in the Capcom Cup X, which was the inaugural Street Fighter 6 world championship. However, that was not his only top result, as he won the CPT France Offline event and finished second in the CPT Singapore Offline event.

At EVO Japan 2024, Chris Wong got into the top 16 out of more than 5000 participating players.  His Luke is going to bring many troubles to opponents, as more and more big tournaments will happen later this year.

Speaking of big events, this summer will be the pinnacle of the fighting games tournaments as a whole and Street Fighter 6 in particular. In July, we will have EVO in Las Vegas, and in August, the Esports World Cup will be held in Riyadh, with a whopping $1,000,000 prize pool. We'll be waiting not for long.
