Esports World Cup 2024 will be the biggest esports of this summer. Whether we want it or not, eight weeks of action and the prize pool of sixty million dollars are doing its job. Recently, the tournament organizers revealed the dates of the event, which will take place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

From July 3 to August 25, there will be twenty tournaments in nineteen esports games. That does not mean that all of them will last for two months; instead, there will be a chain of competitions that may last from a couple of days to a couple of weeks.

The biggest prize pool of $5,000,000 will be distributed across the finalists of the Dota 2 tournament. Several mobile game tournaments will have a $3,000,000 prize pool. Fighting games tournaments in Tekken 8 and Street Fighter 6 will have a prize pool of million dollars each.

One of the main features of this tournament is the so-called Club Championship. Players will get their hefty prize money, but their success also contributes to the prize that the club will receive. That's why many clubs were signing players across multiple games.
