Infamous Battlefield 2042 is getting better and better... Yes, we know it's easier to believe in UFOs. But the developers have finally heard the cries of the series' fans and suddenly decided to do something about it.

In the upcoming patch, players will receive what they've been dreaming of for so long. This feature will change everything, and perhaps even the shooter's rating. The update will introduce the ability to exclude bad players from the team. Now you won't have to endure fools — you can shamefully kick them from your squad.

When Battlefield 2042 first launched, gamers were already asking for improvements to the squad system. Several years with endless complaints have passed, and now players will get the desired improvement in the patch 5.2.

Squad leaders will have the power to decide the fate of players and can remove them from the group at will, give orders to capture points, or direct their movements. Gamers will also be able to close the team for automatic joining and change the leader. Squads may become less toxic.

Additionally, the "Hourglass" map is expected to receive an update in this patch. It's worth noting that this map was immediately hated and considered the worst by fans! Perhaps that's why the developers decided to rework it last...

Developers have also promised to reveal all the changes and weapons that will be in patch 5.2 very soon. Its release is scheduled for August.

Are you looking forward to the new patch?
