Activision has unveiled the debut live-action trailer for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6. This project is an ambitious bet as the game was developed by both Treyarch and Raven Software and it took more than three years to do it.

The newest Black Ops campaign will revolve around the Gulf War. Players will need to delve into the conflict and unravel a complex conspiracy theory involving politicians who control the world.

The big change that makes BO6 different from other parts is that it will be available to Game Pass users since day 1. Such an addition will either bring the service to the next level or bust the whole concept. For Microsoft, the success of the game will be crucial.

The launch of Black Ops 6 is scheduled for fall 2024. According to leaks, including from journalist Tom Henderson, the game will be released on October 25. Buyers of the extended editions of the shooter are expected to receive early access.

Black Ops 6 is also expected to be playable on PC, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PS5, and PS4. Activision has not yet confirmed the list of platforms.
