It's Call of Duty time! Since we're expecting a new Black Ops game, what can be better than cryptic riddles? A website, thetruthlies.com, featuring a potential debut teaser for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, has surfaced online.

This discovery was made by the staff at Charlie INTEL, a portal dedicated to the Call of Duty series. The teaser might have been launched by Activision and Treyarch, as the studio has previously made announcements in a similar manner.

The teaser shows a group of people sneaking up to the Mount Rushmore monument at night, with the carved faces of four U.S. presidents. The unknown individuals cover the eyes of the founding fathers with a cloth bearing the phrase "The Truth Lies."

The discovered website features a television where channels can be switched, although not all channels have videos available. It seems that the developers will continue to tease Black Ops 6 on this site.

Activision and Treyarch have not commented on the users' discovery. The companies have not made any announcements or hints related to the next part of Call of Duty.

On June 9, Microsoft will hold the Xbox Games Showcase 2024. Following this, there will be a separate broadcast dedicated to the next instalment of a beloved franchise. Based on the teaser, the second presentation is likely to be about Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, which has been in development for over three years.
