The second season of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III is set to begin on February 7th. In this season, there will be three new 6v6 maps and one remastered map. Let's take a closer look at them.

Departures is a medium to large-sized map set in the Zakhaev International Airport, shown from a different perspective. Players are placed in the main lobby with check-in counters, security checkpoints, and an external passenger drop-off area, barricaded with emergency service vehicles.

Stash House is a smaller map set in a recently raided hideout in the bay area. All the action takes place in a small block with a single-story house, a garage, and several cars parked in front of it. The house has multiple entry and exit points to keep the gameplay interesting, and there's even a hot tub in the yard, which can be used as cover in a pinch. The new trailer also includes a "Breaking Bad" easter egg for keen fans โ€” a pizza thrown on the garage roof.

Vista is a medium-sized map set in a Brazilian mountain resort. It features several trails connecting the main areas, as well as accessible indoor spaces. The map includes restaurants and grocery stores, shops, open squares, and a funicular with an open tram car that can be used as cover. Construction scaffolding provides access to the rooftops of buildings and overhangs, allowing for less frequent approaches to popular spots.
