It seems like Electronic Arts have a long unlucky streak when it comes to keeping the players' progress and accounts. Not so long ago, Apex Legends players faced a critical bug that resetted their progress, and now another problem hit players, this time outside of the battle royale game by Respawn.

Users of the EA App have reported the removal of some purchased games from their libraries. Numerous complaints about this issue have appeared on social media, Reddit, and the EA forum, where the main post about the problem has garnered over 1,000 comments. According to the feedback, the games were removed from the library for "unknown reasons."

EA support has advised users to clear the cache in the launcher to try to resolve the issue. Judging by messages on the forum, this solution has not worked for some players.

EA has not yet disclosed the exact cause of the problem. Online speculation suggests that there may have been a server glitch, which caused some purchased games to be removed from owners' libraries. Discussion participants also note that some of the games marked as removed still appear in the library.
