Apex Legends progress bug strikes again! We thought that the story of a big error that caused players to lose their levels, battle pass progress and items had an ending, but now the unannounced sequel made its way to the battle royale game.

This time, the bug mostly affects players' battle passes and inventories. Users report losing levels and unlocked items. Some of them, on the other hand, have items that should not be unlocked and are available in their inventories. Respawn Entertainment acknowledged the problem and posted that a hotfix is already online.

This accident occurred not long after another critical bug messed up players' progress. Respawn Entertainment gave out eight free Apex packs for everyone. By the way, they are still available for a few more days, and all you need to do is simply log in to Apex Legends.

The funny fact is there has been a report stating that Electronic Arts has shut down the Apex Legends UK quality assurance team, with around 40 people being laid off. Tragicomedic timing for such a decision, isn't it?
