Apex Legends introduced a new legend named Alter. She will be the 26th playable character in Respawn Entertainment's battle royale. The announcement was made on the official social media. Developers also released an animated video featuring Alter.

This trailer might have an unsettling atmosphere, but it perfectly encapsulates the idea of a hero. She is a Void Breacher and traveller from one world to another. If you're good at many things, why don't you try to become the champion of the arena?

It would be interesting to learn about Alter's relationship with Wraith and Ash, as both characters can travel through different dimensions. 

Alter's page has already appeared on the game's website. The legend's profile includes her appearance, backstory, and real name - YingLing Lui. Information about her abilities has not yet been disclosed. Alter is voiced by actress Crystal Yu. Developers have not specified when the new legend will appear in Apex Legends.
