The Eastern Europe Qualifier for The International 2024 was looking to be the most fierce of them all as there are plenty of good teams but only one slot up for grabs. 

The first big surprise of the qualifier was the demise of Virtus.pro. The Bears were one of the favorites prior to the competition, but they couldn't show anything, quickly losing two matches and not even making it to day four. 

Natus Vincere, on the other hand, got into day four, but the team couldn't also leave one hundred per cent of its potential on the server. As a result, in the top 3 of the qualifiers, we had 9Pandas, led by Solo, Yellow Submarine, a side-project of Korb3n, who is one of the masterminds behind the success of Team Spirit, and 1win, who was always somewhere around the top of the region but never on the top.

1win crushed this qualifier as it lost only two maps and went for sweeps in both the upper bracket and grand finals. Now, they can book their trip to Copenhagen, where their Road to The International will start.
