13 minutes of gameplay from Assassin's Creed Mirage have appeared online. The footage was uploaded by Dr.Stealth on YouTube, who seems to be one of the game testers. The footage shows the game's character, Basim, escaping from guards, reaching the assassin's fortress, and beginning his training.

The video also provides a glimpse into the stealth mechanics and the vastness of Baghdad. The city seems massive. In one of the scenes, Basim is seen petting a cat – how adorable is that?

The video also showcases snippets from the game's beginning, like Basim's meeting with his mentor, Roshan. Furthermore, the uploader showcases several battles against foes, stealth gameplay, and a few cutscenes.

It feels as if, with Mirage, the developers successfully combined the concepts from the earlier Assassin’s Creed games and elements from the recent trilogy.

Basim is a key character from Assassin's Creed Valhalla. In this new game, players will witness his journey, starting as a mere thief and evolving into a master assassin. The official release for Assassin's Creed Mirage is set for October 5th. The game will be available on PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, and PS5.
