The reshuffle of the professional Counter-Strike 2 scene is in full swing as tier-1 players and teams are still having their summer break. No wonder, that clubs who aspire to get to the top, are not wasting this time to rebuild themselves.

The esports club Amkal Esports has terminated the contract with Kaisar "ICY" Faiznurov by mutual agreement. This was announced by the club's representatives on social media.

According to them, Faiznurov has already found a new team. It is not specified where exactly ICY will continue his career. However, all indications point to Cloud9. Insiders report that the player has been training with Cloud9, and they continue to mention the team even after the announcement.

Cloud9 attempted to assemble a super roster of players from Eastern Europe, but this project failed, leading to electronic joining Virtus.pro, sh1ro joining Team Spirit, and Perfecto being benched. Now, it seems the organization has tempered its ambitions and is taking a more organic approach to forming its roster.
