After many years since the release, the Fortnite hype machine still has it. Last week, a leak from data miners suggested that superstar singer and songwriter Billie Eilish will appear in Fortnite. This rumour now is confirmed as two-time Academy Award winner herself announced she will be headlining the Fortnite Festival Season 3.

The Fortnite Festival is a rhythm-game mode that allows players to jam along to the hits of world-known artists. In two previous seasons, we had The Weeknd and Lady Gaga. Now, Epic Games previewed four tracks that will be available with the upcoming update:

As usual, with such collabs, there will be many items in the Festival Pass, with some of them being locked behind the paywall. Looks like "Oxytocin" will be among the premium rewards. It is unclear if "Bad Guy", the main hit of nine-time Grammy winner artist, will be in the game, but we for sure know that Billie Eilish will have the in-game skin based on her almost five-years-old Instagram post.

The Fortnite Festival update is expected to drop on April 23, so we'll have to wait only a little longer.
