The creators of Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 from Saber Interactive published a post for the community on Steam. In it, the developers shared several details about the upcoming action game.

The campaign's duration will be approximately 12 hours, applicable to both single-player and co-op playthroughs. For multiplayer, the creators of Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 have prepared dedicated servers located in North and Latin America, Europe, Asia, and Oceania.

The game will feature three PvP modes: "Annihilation" (similar to Deathmatch), "Seize Ground" where players must maintain control over a moving zone on the map, and "Capture & Control," where players will fight over three areas simultaneously.

The studio does not plan to launch a public "beta" before the release of Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2. Saber Interactive staff noted that they decided to forego testing to focus all efforts on optimization and bug fixes.

The game will be released on September 9 for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S. A six-minute gameplay overview trailer was previously released online.
