While many eyes are focused on the PGL Major Copenhagen, one of the players decided to use this opportunity for a good cause. Apeks player Martin "STYKO" Styk decided to share twenty per cent of his earnings from the personal sticker sales to the family of CS2 professional player David "cynic" Polster, who passed away earlier this year, and to the Twisten foundation, created after VALORANT pro player Karel "Twisten" Ašenbrener, passed away last year. Each of them will receive a 10% share.

In his X (ex-Twitter) account, STYKO shares his thoughts on the lack of attention paid to mental health problems. "Managing a well-being and mental health of young players is put aside in vision of pushing themselves to pursue their career. Sometimes, that backfires. And once it does, it is too late."

At the end of the last year, STYKO shared the amount of money he earned throughout 2023. The "other" category, where stickers were included, brought the player almost 300 000 euros. While the exact numbers are under NDA, we may estimate that the Slovak might donate a five-figure sum. If you want to support STYKO, you may buy a PGL Major Copenhagen sticker capsule with his autograph. Part of the sales will go to the player and eventually to charity.
