The esports organization Legacy has stated that they are prepared to take legal action against professional Counter-Strike player coldzera due to breach of contractual obligations. This information was shared by Dust2.com.br.

After David moved to RED Canids, representatives of Legacy began contacting event organizers demanding that the player be prevented from participating in official matches. Coldzera's former club claims that the player is still under contract with their organization, which expires on December 9, 2024.

According to Legacy, the case will be brought to court in the United States. Representatives of the organization also noted that they have informed Valve about the situation, and the company is working on resolving the conflict. At the time of publication, the two-time Major champion and his new team have not commented on their actions.

Coldzera has been competing since 2012. He was twice named the best player of the year, and won back-to-back CS:GO Major tournaments in Columbus and Cologne in 2016.
